Feeds

To Genrate the feeds, go to the Convertopia Plugin In the sidebar. click on "Convertopia -> Feeds" A page will appear with various options. Find and click on "Feeds." This will open a interface" Here we have diffrent options to run the customer feed, product feed, order feed, and delta feeds. Refer to the attached image for reference.

Genrel Setting

To configure General Settings, go to the Convertopia plugin. In the sidebar, click on "General Settings.This will open a page where you can manage Convertopia settings. Here, you can add the ftp setting and Store Settings Like enable or disable Convertopia,configure the CDN, Configure service URL, Configure Client Key and Client Secret .

Scheduled Export Feeds

Customer Feeds

To configure the customer feed, go to the Convertopia Plugin. In the sidebar, click on "Feeds." A Page will appear with various options. Find and click on "Schedule Export." This will open a interface where you can select "Customer" Click on the "Customer" dropdown to configure the frequency and start time for automatic customer feed generation. Order Feeds

Product Recommendation

Recommendation

To enable Product Recommendations, follow these steps in the Convertopia dashboard:

Navigate to Convertopia Plugin: In the sidebar, click on "Recommendation."
Access Recommendations Settings: On the new page, click on "User Recommendations. a interface is open with Recommendations Settings"
Configure Recommendations: In this section, you can enable or disable Recommendations, set the Recommendations Heading, configure the Product Tiles Row, and select the page where the recommendations will appear.
